Portfolios/Memory Books for Kindergarten, Pre-K and First Grade!

It's official!!! I have successfully finished updating all of my portfolios!!!! I updated Kindergarten and Pre-K last Summer and just finished updating my first grade one!
All of the portfolios include monthly poem divider pages with a place to put pictures from that month, number writing pages for each month, self portrait pages with a place to write their height, writing prompts. Each portfolio also contains a Memory book/All about me section with pages for favorite school lunch, where I live, my birthday, what I learned this year, where I go to school and so, so much more!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here are some example pages from the Kindergarten Portfolio....

Here are some examples from the Pre-K portfolio....
(It also includes TK options now!)

And...here are some examples from the First Grade portfolio.

So....how do I use it?? I make each child's portfolio at the beginning of the year. I copy them, Laminate the cover for durability and bind them together. Then, I keep them in special mailboxes for each child so that they are easily accessible....I need to be able to find them quick when the kiddos lose a tooth:)
Here are some examples from some Kindergarten Portfolios from this year! It's soooooo fun to see their progress!!!!

I LOVE this August self portrait!!!! Can you see him?! Ha!

These are all self portrait pictures from the same little girl...Just look at her progress! <3

These 3 pictures are all by another little girl! Look at the progress in her pictures and her name!!! AND I LOVE how she labeled her May self portrait!!!

Here are some examples of the numbers and letter pages....

Here are some examples of the monthly poem pages with spots to put pictures from each month. I just added the August page for your first day of school picture...so, if you already own this packet-please download again to get it:)

Here are a couple of writing prompt examples....

And...here are a few examples of what you will find in the All About Me/Memory Book section:

Thanks for reading my entire post!!! Want a portfolio of your very own?? Just PIN your favorite portfolio from my TPT store and leave me a comment with your email address that you did!! I will randomly pick a winner tomorrow night!!! Good luck!

  6. I love it. I create portfolios for my kinders and firsties but do it rather randomly. I like the idea of having it organized in advance and using it as an assessment tool. I would love to win the Kindergarten one :-) danella@cox.net (I did pin it http://pinterest.com/charlie85748/assessments/)
