Someone emailed me and wanted a version of my treasure hunt with cubbies instead of lockers....so, here it is:) I figured if she needed it, someone else out there probably did too:) Click on the picture to get a copy of this version!
thank you for sharing your things! i think they're wonderful. i'm going junglicious this year in my classroom and i've downloaded some great things from you. thank you again! jamie leigh
thanks for the treasure hunt freebie...I am enjoying your blog..I am just starting a blog if you are interested...Sue :) http://theverybusykindergarten.blogspot.com/
We do this with our pre-k program and I do it in my classroom at our 'meet the teacher' event before school starts. I always ask the students to write their name on the back of their scavenger hunt and turn it in for a sticker...it gives me a quick 'heads up' about my students before the first day. Its always interesting to see how many have their PARENT write their name for them!

Thanks so much! This is the cutest version ever! Where did you get the cute clip art. Did you design the pictures yourself? I would love to know where you got it.!
All of the clip art is from Thistlegirl...except the trashcan-it's from DJ inkers. AND I couldn't find a cubbie clipart-so I made that one:)...but the little backpacks inside the cubbies are from thistlegirl:)
Ohhhh...and the treasure box I found on google images;) None of this clip art can be used for making and selling due to copyright laws-unless you have a license....but, it's fun to use for personal use and freebies;)
I love this idea for my firsties too! Thanks for sharing the idea. I will have to redo it, but at least I have a format! Love your blog! Kim @ SaylorsLog
This is adorable and super clever. I love how you scaffold their thinking.
