Kindergarten Orientation/Open House Treasure Hunt-Freebie!

Does your school have a Kindergarten Orientation or Open House before school starts? This is a good way for the kiddos to meet their teacher and become familiar with the room and their surroundings. I always do a little treasure hunt. The kiddos have to go around the room checking off some of the different places in our classroom as they go. It helps them become familiar and more comfortable with the classroom and where they're going to sit and keep their things on the 1st day of school. It helps to ease the tension AND it's fun!!! And of course, they get to pick a treasure at the end:) Here's the hunt I always do-but I decided to "clean it up" a bit and thought I'd share it with you:) Leave a comment if you want and let me know what you think!!     OMG I LOVE this!! We have orientation before school starts and some parents bring their kids, and others don't. This will be perfect for the kids instead of them getting into everything in my room. Thanks so much for this!!
