Winter Fun Activities

Our class has been doing all kinds of fun winter time activities! Here are just a couple of things that we've been doing:

We compared the stories Snowmen at Night and Snowmen All Year like Deanna suggested in her Snowman Math and Literacy pack. I had an idea for make a cute Venn diagram using snowmen. Then snowmen are holding pictures of the 2 books that are being compared. I think it turned out pretty cute:)

We made these fun food snowmen and wrote about what their snowmen would do at night. (writing prompt from Deanna Jump:)

Here are our pattern block snowflakes. I LOVE these! Each one turns out different-just like real snowflakes!

Here are my version of Cara Carroll's adorable New Year kids:) I LOVE this idea!!! Too cute!! Thanks Cara!!! I also grabbed this writing paper to go along with it from Cara's free New Years unit!!
